Consumer Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, other applicable New Zealand laws and regulations, and any express warranty provided by Wetta Industries Ltd, you may be eligible to return the product subject to this Consumer Returns Policy.

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges 

Unless otherwise stated, you can return any product purchased directly from us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the product must be returned to us in an unused condition, with the original packaging in saleable condition. You must provide proof of purchase with the returned product. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product returned is damaged, incomplete or in used condition. 
To return the product by post, please call us on +64 3 313 7956 or email When posting product for a return or refund, you must arrange and pay for any freight. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting. Wetta is not responsible for any damage or loss to returned product that is incurred in transit.
All products returned under this Policy may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of purchase price.

Warranty Item Returns/Exchanges

For any Warranty claim the item should be returned to the place of purchase. 

Faulty items purchased directly from us that meet our conditions of care and use will be repaired, replaced or a refund will be issued at Wetta Industries Ltd discretion. If you believe an item purchased directly through us to be eligible for warranty please email with;

  • A photo/s of the item clearly showing the item in it's entirety and the issue. 
  • You name and the invoice number that the goods were shipped with or email confirmation from our webstore.

Wetta Industries Ltd will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
